Quinoa with watermelon and dark chocolate

Quinoa with watermelon and dark chocolate

Serves 2; 10 minutes

watermelon with pips removed (500 g)
30 g
dark chocolate
30 g
unsalted, roasted almonds
400 g
low-fat yogurt
4 tbsp

 

Tip: Quinoa with red fruits, hazelnuts and white chocolate. Delicious!

Instructions

  • Dice the watermelon.
  • Grate the chocolate finely in the food processor or chop finely using a knife. 
  • Place 1/3 of the melon, chocolate and almonds in 2 nice glasses.
  • Pour the yogurt over to fill 1/3 of the glass.
  • Now place another 1/3 of the melon, chocolate and almonds in the glass.
  • Pour more yogurt on top until the glass is almost full.
  • Now place the rest of the melon, chocolate and almonds in the glass.
  • Distribute the Quinoa puffs over both glasses as a topping. 
  • Serve with a long dessert spoon.
