Low-fat quark cheese with fresh fruit and Quinoa puffs

finely chopped mint leaves

low-fat quark cheese
2 tbsp


Tip: Briefly dry-fry the Quinoa puffs in a frying pan to make it extra crispy. 




  • Place the strawberries and cherries in a cereal bowl. 
  • Add the mint and the honey to the quark cheese and mix in.
  • Add the quark cheese mixture to the strawberries and cherries.
  • Add the Quinoa puffs as a topping.
